For his inaugural collection for DEDON, Wilkinson found his Spirit of Place in Fiskardo, a fishing city on the northern tip of the Greek island of Kefalonia. Balmy summer days in Fiskardo are best spent seaside, spending hours watching sailboats pour in and out of the port. FLLAIR's soft-yet-sculptural curves offer a serene retreat amidst the rugged coastline. Allow yourself to linger at the water's edge, embracing the allure of the island's rich history and hidden treasures.
DEDON’s master weavers skillfully crafted a graphic pattern that elegantly embraces all of FLLAIR’s curves, be it the flare of the Armchair to the dining table, which comfortably accommodates up to five people, features a woven base and a round teak tabletop that radiates warmth in any setting. An exceptionally wide, horizontal fiber introduces a contrasting stripe that gracefully traverses each curve, evoking the natural undulations of the Greek coastline. FLLAIR comes in different color variants, each consisting of a weave of three harmonious tones of DEDON Fiber infusing the collection with an inviting warmth and irresistible charm.

Wilkinson brings an emphasis on craftsmanship, detail and sustainability to his various disciplines. Like DEDON, Wilkinson skillfully blurs the line between form and function, turning everyday items into an artful adventure.
I hope the design has instant appeal and delight through its graphic aesthetic then further delight through testing the pieces to appreciate the level of detailing of both the armchair and the round table.
